Event Details

The 9-10am Fitness Class is full, but Pam has graciously offered to teach another class from 10-11am. Please sign up if you are interested!

Here are the original details:

Pam Biendit will be teaching a free six-week beginner fitness class for men and women at New Valley that will meet every Saturday (beginning January 7) from 9-10 am. It will have no more than six students and each week there will be a different focus. Here's the lineup:
 
1. Killer Core (core & back)
2. Arm Yourself (upper body)
3. Beat Your Drumsticks (lower body)
4. Take Your Medicine (medicine ball training)
5. Swing Some Iron (kettlebells)
6. Sizzle the Jiggle (circuit training routine)
